5th October 2011: We are pleased to announce our latest shop has opened in Bury.

Owner Mohammed Rahman said “We had a much busier first lunchtime than we were expecting which was pretty stressful! Lots of customers have been walking in telling us they’ve been waiting ages for us to open which is pleasing.”

The shop is focusing on both  delivery business and collection, and  has a TurboChef i5 at the heart of the operation. “We will be using the  TurboChef for our pizzas, burgers and wraps for all our collection business throughout the day before turning on the conveyor oven in the evening. The running costs are so small compared to having a conveyor oven on all day – and we don’t even need to have the fryers or grills running separately as it does those jobs as well.’
